Hey Charlie I cooked this dish tonight for my mom and I and it was off the chain. Instead of the mash potatoes I did the bake potatoes. I had tried several times to get my asparagus and carrots like that but never could, am so glad I saw your video and for now on that's the way I will cook them. My mom kept saying this looks and taste good. I wanted to go back for 2nd but I didn't want to over do it. Again thank you so much for your help.
